I learned how to cite information correctly, and how to properly write papers. I also learned about many different types of writing.

I struggled with writing the third essay and how to make a webfolio.

I felt the easiest part of this class was writing essay 2.

I liked learning about many different forms of paranormal.

I disliked writing essay 3, I felt it was hard to watcha movie and write a paper persuading someone to believe in what took place in the film.

I thought researching my topic on life on other planets was very fun!

I feel this class was really different and I really enjoyed it!!

Brittany Tischendorf pointed out I forgot my work cited page, I used first and second in my first few paragraphs but not the following. This seemed a problem with several of my peers I believe I will delete and come up with something a litte more proper for a college level paper. S he also said my conclusion repeated information stated in my paper I believe I did so to help state my conclusion. Elisha Hogan stated my cited page is missing and I need proper citation which poped up with most my other peers. James Bohannon had issues with the flow of my sentences I will take this in consideration and also editing mistakes and grammer. Other student felt it overall a good paper with a strong arguement although the paper is not at the five page minimum. Thank you all for your input hope to fix some issues and make the paper better and longer.

challenges of my assignment

The hardiest part of my persasive paper for me is the length of the write I've never written a paper more than two typed pages. Making sure that the papes is as interesting to the reader as the subject is to me. The easiest part is definately my interest in the subject and me wanting to know more and more about the possibility of life outside of our planet. What I knew about this subjebecause you have to persuade someone to feel the way you do on a subject they may be skeptical about or disagree with. ct is persasive writing is a paper showing your ideas on a subject in a way it may make the reader see the subject in a similar way as you. What I have learned is persasive writing is more difficult because you have to try to persuade someone on a subject they may be skeptical of.

My sources for essay #2

FAINT ECHOES, DISTANT STARS is a book that is written by a author who talks about possible life within our solar system, technology nasa has to see if there are terrestrial planets distant from earth. I will use this source for information on discoveries of water on jupiters moon and ice caps on mars and similarities of venus and a distant past of earth. LIFE IN SPACE is also a book that addresses ideas such as how life began , how common it is in the universe, and how evolution acts upon every living thing. I will use some of this information to support my own ideas of how there are much older galaxies and with a universal property of evolution this galaxies and planets and life within may not only exist but be even more evolved. COSMIC JACKPOT: Why Our Universe Is Just Right For Life. The main idea of this book is simple why the universe seems perfect to make life. This book gos as deep as multiple universes and deeper more bizarre possibilities. I will use this to show although we may seem so complex that god made it all for us there are many possibilities if you just think how small we are compared to the rest of the universe.

persuasive writing

From what I have learned reading on persuasive writing it is essential to have a strong thesis statement , and to stay on target of the thesis statements arguement. If you ramble on and dont keep the reader interested and the reader stops reading the paper you have not been able to persuade anyone with the arguement. Also to make sure you have enough supporting evidence and dont make it seem you have jumped to a conclusion for that will make you seem a incompedent source and also no one will be persuaded. In other words keep it to the point, clear and interesting.

My writing process Blog #4

I have made revisions and changes to essay one . First I took in consideration a fellow student made a comment on wanting more info on Jesus being a channeler so i put info to support why I used him as a example. Another student wanted a clearer definition of trance mediumship so I reworded it so a reader wont be confused. I also added information on why Edgar Cayce is a good example for trance channeling. I have learned revision is important because after your first draft you may come across Information to make your paper stronger, and that every paper needs a good thesis statement.

I thank you all for your input and opinions. I will make sure I proofread . I'll try to make my intro more engaging and see what i can do for the conclusion. I however I dont believe I need to put my opinions or much more information on the people with these abilities they are just examples and this is a definition paper. I personally feel I need alot of work on my writing I 've been out of school for years and feel like I need to try hard and capitalize on my oppurtunity in this class.
